Our story
Eltijarah was built to solve a simple problem. Yemeni shoppers can browse the world’s marketplaces but can’t easily order from them. Yemeni merchants have great products but limited reach beyond their own street. We built one online marketplace where local merchants list their goods and shoppers across Yemen can discover, order, and pay — all in Arabic, all on familiar terms.

Where we’re starting
We’re launching in Ibb (إب) — a city with a strong tradition of trust-based commerce and a tight-knit business community. As we grow, we’ll bring Eltijarah to Sana’a, Aden, Hodeidah, and beyond. Every vendor we onboard and every order we deliver well brings us closer to a Yemen where buying online from local merchants is normal.
